Fish was not fresh

Ordered cleaned Sea beam, the fish delivery came late and there was no ice in the box at all, in such hot days of 35 degrees, the fish was not cleaned as I paid for, I sent even photos, but they ignored me. Al Manara has started really good but now their service is worsening day after day. Good luck.
